Raymond P. Mecherle

Prior to joining Aspen Partners in 2010, Mr. Mecherle was a portfolio manager and Managing Partner of Valhalla Capital Partners, where he co-managed levered high-yield funds focused on the corporate and structured credit markets.
He also served as Director of Fixed Income at Hilliard Lyons Asset Management and as an analyst and assistant portfolio manager at Morgan Asset Management.
Before attending graduate school, he spent four years with a non-profit organization in a development capacity.
Mr. Mecherle received undergraduate degrees in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1992 and a M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1998.
He is a CFA charterholder.
