Richard E. Louise

Mr. Louise has over 23 years' financial industry experience including trading, operations, capital raises, money management, customer relations, compliance and marketing.
Prior to joining TriPoint Global Equities, Mr. Louise spent eight years with Westminster Securities Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange member firm.
As a Managing Director of Equity Sales, he was in charge of the sales department as well as managing the Atlanta office.
His responsibility also included creation and growth of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets departments, and he raised over $100 million for numerous growth companies.
Prior to Westminster, Mr. Louise was a Branch Manager with Spelman & Co. for 11 years, where he was responsible for the growth and management of the North Georgia offices.
Additionally, he established an institutional division servicing the commercial banking environment.
Prior to Spelman, he spent five years with several small investment banks and six years with Host Group Inc., an advertising and marketing company as Vice President of Marketing.
