Richard I. Morbey

Mr. Morbey joined Taylor Woodrow in 1964 under the company's commercial training programme.
Upon qualifying as a chartered secretary he became Secretary in 1971 of Taylor Woodrow International Limited where he served for 13 years.
He is a member of the Executive Committee, Chairman of Taylor Insurance Brokers Ltd. and a Trustee of Taylor Woodrow Pension Fund.
He became Main Board Secretary in 1984 and heads the Company Secretarial team at Princes Way, Solihull and reports on health & safety and corporate social responsibility.
He is a member of the Company Secretary’s Forum of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
