Warner has been Chief Scientific Officer of Alpharma, Inc. since June 19, 2008 and Executive Vice President of Compliance and Intellectual Property since January 2005.
Dr. Warner was President of Pharmaceuticals for Alpharma from January 2005 to June 2008.
Previously, he was an Executive Vice President of Human Scientific Affairs, Compliance and Intellectual Property for Alpharma from January 2004 to January 2005, Executive Vice President of Human Scientific Affairs and Intellectual Property from February 2003 to January 2004 and Vice President of Global Scientific Affairs and Human Pharmaceuticals from December 2002 to February 2003.
Dr. Warner was Vice President and General Manager of ESI Lederle from 2001 to 2002 and Vice President of Research and Development from 1995 to 2001.
