Sara Jo Light has been Executive Vice President and Director of Talent Management for United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. since 2005.
Prior to joining United Dominion Realty Trust, Ms. Light was Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Taubman Centers, Inc. Prior to joining Taubman, Ms. Light had over 20 years of human resource experience with various firms in the United States and abroad.
