Scott Bartlett Paton

Scott Paton is a Partner and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Paton has spent over 25 years as an investment banker and private equity investor raising institutional capital across the capital markets and through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Paton was a Managing Director of Private Equity Coverage at William Blair and other growth focused investment banks.
He was also a co-founding partner of CapVest and MezzVest, a London based private equity and mezzanine firm.
Mr. Paton began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York and London.
Mr. Paton received an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
