Simon Okunev

Simon Okunev joined Tishman Speyer in February of 2019 to oversee the strategy and execution of the firm’s Global Information Technology function.? Simon has 25 years of experience building and leading teams, as well as developing and implementing innovative technologies and systems.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Simon spent 21 years at Weil Gotshal, most recently as the Director, Client Information Services.
In his role, he directed and provided strategic planning and budgeting for the firm’s enterprise-wide CIS program, including overseeing application and system development, financial and business operation systems, marketing and business development systems, and enterprise data.
He holds his BBA in Economics and Management from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications.
