Steven J.
Morgenthal is the founder of Unified Systems Solutions, Inc. (founded in 1992).
He is currently a Director at Pramata Corp.
and an Executive Managing Partner at Argosy Private Equity (since 2007 and 2023, respectively).
Previously, he served as the CEO of Q Group Holdings LLC (2004-2006), Managing Director of SMF Ventures LLC (2002-2006), President & Enterprise Management Division of Computer Horizons Corp.
(1996-1999), and President of Opencon Communication Systems, Inc. (2001-2002).
He also held positions as a Venture Partner at SCP Private Equity Partners and SVP, Global Product Management & Marketing at Datatec (1999-2000).
Additionally, he was the VP-Network Technology & Network Systems at General Logistics International, Inc. (1990-1992).
Mr. Morgenthal obtained a graduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1981 and an undergraduate degree from Pace University in 1979.
