Mr. Tom M.
Neale is Managing Partner at Patriot Capital LP.
He joined Patriot Capital in May 2008.
Most recently, he was the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Banking Executive for HSBC Bank, USA, with responsibility for teams marketing the full array of HSBC’s commercial banking, capital markets, and investment management services.
Target companies were those with sales between $25 million and $5 billion, located from Pennsylvania to South Carolina.
Previously, he held direct relationship and senior management positions with JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America (and its predecessor banks), and Wachovia, where he had extensive experience arranging and underwriting senior debt and junior capital for middle market companies.
He has an extensive experience in corporate finance, commercial, and investment banking.
Mr. Neale currently serves on the Board of Directors of GroupAero, XLA, Auburn Armature, Orbital Energy Services, Carthage Specialty Paperboard, Metrogistics, Metaltec, Circa, Airco, and was formerly on the Board of Directors of R&H Supply, Gayesco, and KLMK.
Mr. Neale received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia, and a Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.
He is also active on several not-for-profit boards in the Baltimore, Maryland region.
