Tõnu Uustalu

Mr. Tõnu Uustalu is an Investment Manager at EfTEN Capital AS and a Member-Management Board at EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS.
He is on the Board of Directors at Magistral Kaubanduskeskuse OÜ.
He joined the firm in January 2009.
In 2006-2008, Mr. Uustalu worked as the Investment Manager and a member of the board in AS AVEC Asset Management.
From 2001 to 2006 he worked in Real Estate Finance and Corporate Banking Division in SEB Bank.
In 1999-2001 he was the manager of Latio Kinnisvara AS Estonian agency and in 1997-1999 the office manager in Kaanon Kinnisvara AS Tallinn office.
From 1994 to 1997, he worked in AS Lutsu Kinnisvara as a real estate appraiser and is a certified valuer by The Estonian Association of Appraisers.
In 1998 he graduated with doble major – from The Estonian University of Life Sciences (former Estonian Agricultural University) in economics and in external study from University of Applied Sciences in law.
