Werner Muehlemann

Mr. Werner Muehlemann, CFA, is an Executive Vice President & Managing Director at Intact Investment Management, Inc. He oversees Intact Financial Corporation invested assets and capital position as well as corporate development.
In his role, he is responsible for $40 billion of assets for Intact Investment Management, where he develops investment strategies and supervises the investment operations.
In his role he also is responsible for guiding mergers and acquisitions opportunities in support of the company’s strategies and financial objectives.
He joined the Company in 1999 and has supervised the equity portfolio management team for nearly ten years.
Over the years he has managed several equity mandates and implemented value added investment strategies.
Mr. Muehlemann earned his Master in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
