Yevgeniy Sobolev

Mr. Yevgeniy Sobolev was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General, Public Relations, RU-COM, in May 2006.
At RU-COM he is responsible for public relations, marketing and charity issues.
Before joining RU-COM, for 2 years Yevgeniy held executive positions in UMMC and Kuzbassrazrezugol where he was responsible for public relations.
From 1999 till 2003 he held executive positions at MDM-Bank and MDM Group where he was in charge of public relations.
Before 1999 he was Head of Press Office, Ingosstrakh.
Earlier he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, among other positions as an officer for coordination in NATO military mission in Former Yugoslavian Republics.
