Capricorn Venture Partners NV (Investment Management) (Capricorn Partners-IM) is the investment management division of Capricorn Venture Partners NV, a private venture company headquartered in Leuven, Belgium. The firm was founded in 1993 as a joint venture between Dr. Jos B. Peeters and Baring Venture Partners Ltd. They were renamed as Capricorn Venture Partners in 2019. Capricorn Partners-IM manages private and public equity investment funds for retail and institutional investors.

Puilaetco Dewaay Private Bankers SA (PDPB) is the wholly-owned Belgian private banking subsidiary of KBL European Private Bankers SA, itself a subsidiary of Precision Capital SA in Luxembourg. Created in 2005, the firm is located in Brussels with offices in Antwerp, Knokke and Liège.
