Alaina Ramsay holds the position of General Counsel at ADNOC Drilling Co. PJSC. Ms. Ramsay is also Member of Law Society of Scotland.

In the past Ms. Ramsay occupied the position of Associate General Counsel at Transocean Ltd. and Secretary & General Counsel for NPS Energy DMCC.

Ms. Ramsay received a graduate degree from The Robert Gordon University.
