(a subsidiary of Tesla, Inc.), Senior Manager-Pricing & Investments at Leap Wireless International, Inc., Vice President at Entropic Communications LLC and Controller for Ortiva Wireless, Inc.

Mr. Stewart received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
