Emil Tedeschi founded Atlantic Grupa dd.

He occupies the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Grupa dd, Chairman-Supervisory Board of Atlantic Trade doo (a subsidiary of Atlantic Grupa dd) and President for Government of Croatia. Mr. Tedeschi is also on the board of RTL Televizija and Member of The Trilateral Commission, Council Member at the University of Rijeka, Member of Insead Alumni Business Angels, Member of Zagreb School of Economics & Management Program Council and Member of Business Advisory Council for Southeast Europe.

He previously held the position of President at Croatian Employers Association, Member of Social & Economic Council of Croatia and Member-Young Global Leaders at Forum Mondial de L'Economie.
