Presently, John Joseph McGrath is Chief Operating Officer of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. and Co-Managing Director at JAKKS Pacific Germany GmbH (a subsidiary of JAKKS Pacific, Inc.). Mr. McGrath is also on the board of JAKKS Pacific (UK) Ltd.

In the past Mr. McGrath was Marketing Director of Mattel, Inc.
