Presently, Satyanarayan N. Goel holds the position of Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & MD at Indian Energy Exchange Ltd. Mr. Goel is also on the board of Indian Gas Exchange Ltd.

In the past he held the position of Director, Director-Marketing & Operations at PTC India Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer, Director & MD at PTC India Financial Services Ltd. (a subsidiary of PTC India Ltd.) and Executive Director-Fuel Security at Ntpc Ltd.

Mr. Goel received an undergraduate degree from Sambalpur University, an MBA from the University of Delhi and an undergraduate degree from National Institute of Technology (Rourkela).
