In the past he occupied the position of Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Managing Director-Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse AG (London Branch) and Managing Director-Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse AG.

Mr. Barg received an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
