Mr. Corn joined Beacon Trust upon the merger with Clear Asset Management.
He is the founder and CEO of Clear Asset Management.
Mr. Corn developed the vision and premise of the firm's algorithmic investment process and unprecedented level of transparency communicated to investors.
Until May 2004 Andrew was SVP of TheStreet.com and its subsidiary Independent Research Group.
Previously he was Executive Vice President of Citigate, Inc. From 1989-2000, he was the CEO of Admaster Communications, a specialty financial communications firm and MasterApproach, a software developer focused on asset managers and brokerages.
Both were sold in the summer of 2001 to Citigate.
As CEO of Admaster, Mr. Corn consulted to Wall Street firms and on product development for institutional money managers, mutual funds and brokerages.
He has also co-founded and sold a magazine publishing firm and another software firm.
Mr. Corn is a former board member of Junior Achievement of NY and Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival.
