Mr. Andrew Smeltz is Vice President-Underwriting at Madison Realty Capital.
Prior to joining Madison in January 2008, he worked at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. as an associate in the CMBS group where he acted as the primary underwriter of over $350 million of commercial real estate loans.
Mr. Smeltz professional experience also includes three years with M&T Bank, where he most recently served as operations manager for the bank’s residential construction and rehabilitation mortgage offices in Buffalo, New York and Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Smeltz graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government in 2001 and graduated from the Yale School of Management with a Master of Business Administration degree in finance in 2006.
