Mr. Anish Prasad is Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management LP.

Previously, he spent over two years at Countrywide Financial Corporation, most recently as a First Vice President in the Operational Risk Management group, where he managed Countrywide Bank’s Strategic Initiatives Group and provided operational and consulting services to ensure the Bank’s key strategic initiatives were executed with a detailed understanding of the operation processes, risks, controls and management oversight.
Prior to that, Mr. Prasad served as a Senior Associate in KPMG LLP’s West Coast Financial Risk Management Advisory Services group, delivering enterprise risk management and sourcing risk management services.
Before that, he was a Consultant at Deknatel Seddon & Associates.
Mr. Prasad received a BS degree in Business Administration with a minor in Investments & Management Consulting from the USC Marshall School of Business.
