Chen Ming Chang

Chen Ming Chang is currently the Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Taiwan, the Director at Lukang Folk Arts Museum, and an Independent Director at NHOA SA. She previously held positions as the Chairman at United Communications Group and the Director at Sacred Heart Foundation.
Ms. Chang also has experience as an Associate Professor at Chung Yuan Christian University and as the President-Alumni Association at The Sacred Heart School.
She completed her undergraduate degree at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
