Mr. John A.
Magliano, CPA, is a Managing Director at Blackstone Corporate Private Equity and Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at Blackstone Mezzanine Advisors.
Before joining Blackstone in 2002, Mr. Magliano was the owner of a consulting firm where he worked with a large state pension fund, corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals.
Prior to establishing his firm, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen where he spent approximately 20 years in the firm’s tax division.
Mr. Magliano received a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University where he graduated cum laude.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA.
