John Brennan

Mr. John Brennan brings domestic and international corporate finance, commercial and legal experience to CM Capital.
He has held senior positions in both advisory firms and in industry in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Brennan is experienced in all aspects of capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions and divestments across a broad range of industries and transaction sizes.
Prior to joining CM Capital, Mr. Brennan specialised in Mergers & Acquisitions for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in the UK and Australia.
Prior to that he spent 4 years with GE Capital in London where he held a European M&A role with responsibility for acquisitions, divestments, strategic equity investments and post acquisition integration Boards Sunshine Heart – (Current) AdGent 007 – (Current)
