Mr. Krejca joined JER in 2004 after thirteen years at Bank One and its predecessor First Chicago.
Since 1995, he was involved in the acquisition, underwriting and portfolio management of Bank One’s subordinate CMBS portfolio that consisted of investments in over $1 billion in investments in over 50 transactions in both the US and Canada.
Prior to his work in CMBS, he worked in First Chicago’s Asset Management Department, the last two as an asset manager responsible for the management of non-performing real estate loans.

from DePaul University’s School of Accountancy.
