Randy L.
Callison served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development for Group 1 Automotive, Inc. from May 2006 to December 31, 2008.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development for Group 1 Automotive from January 2006 to May 2006 and as Vice President of Corporate Development from August 1998 to January 2006.
Mr. Callison has been involved as a key member of the acquisition team since joining Group 1 Automotive in 1997.
Prior to joining Group 1 Automotive, Mr. Callison served as General Manager for a Nissan/Oldsmobile dealership and subsequently as Chief Financial Officer for the Mossy Companies.
He spent nine years with Arthur Andersen as a Certified Public Accountant in its Audit Practice.
