Robert Kossar

Mr. Robert Kossar is an Advisor at Syncarpha Management LLC.
Mr. Kossar is a managing director and industrial lead overseeing growth for the New York & New Jersey region at Jones Lang LaSalle.
He specializes in agency and tenant representation, site selection, sales, leasing, acquisition, disposition and build-to-suit for industrial properties and portfolios.
Previously, he was a principal and executive vice president at Lee & Klatskin Associates, which was sold to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007.
He has extensive experience on both the ownership and brokerage sides of the business, representing many major public, private and institutional owners as well as public and private occupiers locally and throughout the United States.
He received significant professional recognition, including CoStar Power Broker in New Jersey (2004–2009), Broker of the Year by Prologis (2006 and 2008) and was voted third among the Top 50 brokers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the NJPA (2004).
Mr. Kossar earned a Master of Science in real estate investment and development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in business and economics from Lehigh University.
