Steven I. Weinberger

Mr. Weinberger joined Broadway Partners in September of 2007.
Mr. Weinberger gained significant leasing experience as both General Counsel to Philips International, as well as in private legal practice as a real estate associate at several prominent national and regional law firms, including Proskauer Rose and Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffe.
Prior to law school, he was a real estate lending officer at National Westminster Bank USA. Mr. Weinberger received his B.A.
from Wesleyan University in 1985 and his J.D.
from Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law in 1994, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.
Steven also completed a Diploma Program in Real Estate Finance at New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
