Au 17/05/2024, le nombre d'actions rachetées depuis le 2 octobre 2023 était de 22 758 (1,4 % du nombre total d'actions) pour un montant total de € 5 936 345,01. In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 17/05/2024, bedroeg het aantal sinds 2 oktober 2023 teruggekochte aandelen 22 758 (1,4 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 5 936 345,01. Pursuant to Article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019, implementing the Code on companies and associations, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage announces having dealt the following share buy-back transactions on the regulated NYSE Euronext Market Brussels. On 17/05/2024, the number of shares bought back since October 2, 2023 amounted to 22 758 (1,4 % of the total number of shares) for a total amount of € 5 936 345,01.
