Adolph G. Letke

Prior to joining Monroe, Mr. Letke was a First Vice President with LaSalle Business Credit, LLC.
(LaSalle Bank, N.A.).
His responsibilities included new business loan originations focusing on corporate refinancing, leveraged acquisitions, balance sheet recapitalization, marketing and integrating commercial banking products as well as client relationship management.
Prior to LaSalle, Mr. Letke was Vice President and Regional Marketing Manager (Corporate Finance Group) for FINOVA Capital Corporation.
Prior to FINOVA, Mr. Letke began his career at Walter E.
Heller & Company/Heller Financial, Inc. in 1980.
Mr. Letke possesses extensive experience in all aspects of corporate finance, structured finance, asset-based lending, commercial banking and capital equipment leasing.
Mr. Letke earned his B.S.
in Marketing from the College of Business at Southern Illinois University.
Mr. Letke is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Commercial Finance Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
