Alexander J. Campbell

Mr. Campbell joined WestJet in May of 1996 as Corporate Controller, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September of 1997.
He is responsible for the corporation's financial activities and provides leadership in the development of financial objectives, programs and strategies to meet long and short-term goals.
Previously, Sandy spent six years with Time Air and Canadian Regional Airlines where he held the position of Controller, Maintenance and Materials.
A Certified General Accountant, Sandy is an Accounting graduate from Holland College in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
In July 2003, Mr. Campbell was awarded the Fellowship Designation (FCGA) by the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada (CGA) in recognition of his invaluable contributions to the CGA and to the community at large.
