Kenanga Investors Bhd. (KIB) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd. (KLSE: 6483) in Malaysia. Formerly known as CMS Trust Management Bhd., the firm was founded in 1995 and became Kenanga Investors Bhd. in 2010. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, KIB provides a range of investment solutions including collective investment schemes, portfolio management services and alternative investments, for retail, corporate and institutional clients. Their flagship funds are the Kenanga Growth Fund and the Kenanga Syariah Growth Fund. The firm delegates the investment management functions for all their Shariah-compliant funds to their wholly-owned subsidiary, Kenanga Islamic Investors Berhad.

ING Funds Bhd. (IFB) is the fund management subsidiary of Kenanga Investors Bhd., ultimately held by K & N Kenanga Holdings Bhd. (KL: 6483) in Malaysia. Established in 2004, IFB is a majority-owned subsidiary of IFB Management Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a majority-owned subsidiary of ING Management Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd and ultimately of Amsterdam-based ING Groep NV (XA: INGA; NYSE: ING). The firm is based in Kuala Lumpur, with regional offices in Selangor, Penang and Kuching from which they manages a range of mutual funds domiciled in Malaysia for institutional clients and private investors.
