Andrew is a senior member of the Infrastructure team and is responsible for originating, executing and managing European infrastructure investments in the transport, utility and telecommunication sectors.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2017, Andrew was, in 2006, a founder member of RREEF Infrastructure (Deutsche Bank), where he was responsible for raising, investing and managing two pan-European private equity infrastructure funds.
Andrew started investing in infrastructure at John Laing plc in 2002 with a focus on concessions and PPPs.
Andrew has held numerous NED roles at portfolio companies in the toll road, rail leasing, solar thermal, and gas transmission and distribution industries.
Andrew holds a Bachelor Business Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the ICAEW.
