Bianca Ambrosini

In F2i since 2019, she is Investment Director.
She worked in the Structured Finance department of ING Bank as Vice President.
She worked on the structuring and execution of a number of project finance transactions and acquisitions on the Italian and Spanish markets, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
She participated in the acquisition and financing of F2i’s photovoltaic and wind energy assets, as part of a process of aggregation of renewable energy in Italy.
Prior to her experience in banking, she worked for the Italian private equity firm Whysol Investments as a Business Development Analyst, where she assessed investment opportunities and assisted the management on M&A, joint venture and equity book-building transactions.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Financial Markets and Intermediaries from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
She holds a Master Degree in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
She also took a postgraduate course at the Curtis L.
Carlson School of Management, Minnesota.
