Brian Gimotty

Mr. Brian Gimotty is Co-Founder at Trinity Equity Investors LLC.
Prior to co-founding Trinity Equity Investors in 2010, Mr. Gimotty worked at Paul Capital Partners, a private equity firm with dedicated teams focused on primary fund of funds, secondary private equity and health care.
He was based out of London and was Senior Advisor, Emerging Markets to Paul Capital Partners Secondary Fund platform from 2005 through 2009.
He was responsible for sourcing direct portfolio restructurings and secondary private equity investments as well as supporting transaction teams throughout due diligence and negotiations.
He is also the founding partner of Growth Capital Group, a family office that invested and provided advisory services in emerging markets from 1994 to 2004.
He sourced, structured, syndicated and realized a number of private equity investments in his capacity at Growth Capital.
Mr. Gimotty received his A.B.
from Harvard College and his M.B.A.
from the University of Michigan.
