Formerly known as Calyon Corporate & Investment Bank SA, created in 2004 by the transfer of Crédit Lyonnais' Corporate and Investment Banking division to Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Crédit Agricole CIB is based in Courbevoie and provides large corporate and institutional clients with a range of products and services through their Coverage and Investment Banking, Equity Brokerage and Derivatives, Fixed Income Markets and Structured Finance divisions.

Stifel Europe Bank AG (France) (Stifel Europe Bank Paris Branch) is the French securities brokerage division of Germany-based Stifel Europe Bank AG. The firm was founded in 2012 and is ultimately owned by Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) in the US. Headquartered in Paris, Stifel Europe Bank Paris Branch provides securities brokerage to institutional clients.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
