Clay is a Senior Investment Director at Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd.
He specializes in helping clients make the right investment decisions.
He advises them on investments during their professional career, pre- and post-sale of business, optimizing income up to and beyond retirement, tax-efficient investments and managing family assets for the next generation.
Mr. Clay is responsible for implementing the investment strategy and day-to-day management of portfolios.
He helps create the most suitable portfolios for returns on a risk-adjusted basis using a spread of investments across different asset classes including UK and overseas equities, fixed interest, hedge funds, infrastructure funds and structured products.
He has over 19 years of experience.
Mr. Clay joined Investec Wealth & Investment in 1998 as a Trainee Media Analyst before moving across to the Private Client Investment Management division in late 1999.
He graduated from Manchester University Law School.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute and holds a Diploma from the Personal Finance Society.
