Tilney Asset Management Services Ltd. (Tilney AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Ashcourt Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Platinum LP Guernsey Ltd. in Great Britain. Founded in 1993 as Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management Ltd., the firm was acquired by Towry Holdings and changed their name to Towry Asset Management in 2016. They became Tilney Asset Management Services Ltd. in 2017. Headquartered in London, Tilney AM offers a range of services such as financial planning, investment management and advice to private investors, charities and professional intermediaries.

Ashcourt Asset Management Ltd. (AAM) is the London-based wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management Ltd., ultimately owned by Syndicate Asset Management Plc (LSE: SAM) in the UK. The firm was formed in 2000 following the de-merger of the asset management arm of Brachers solicitors. In 2002 AAM acquired the investment management team of Lawrence Graham, a major London legal practice. AAM is an independent asset management company which provides regulated investment and financial planning services to a wide range of private individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds.

Baring Asset Management Ltd. (Barings UK) is the Great Britain-based subsidiary of Barings Europe Ltd., ultimately held by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in the US.
