David Tubb

David joined NGP in 2023.
He is responsible for administering NGP’s compliance program, ensuring that NGP complies with regulatory agencies and that the behavior in the organization meets the NGP standards of conduct.
Prior to NGP, David worked at ORIX Corporation USA for three years as Counsel, Compliance where he administered the compliance program across the group’s registered investment advisers and other affiliates.
David received a B.B.A.
in Marketing & Management from the University of Georgia in 2012 and a J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2016.
