Edward Han

Mr. Edward Han is a Senior Portfolio Manager at OCP Asia (Hong Kong) Ltd.
He joined OCP Asia in May 2019.
Prior to OCP Asia, he was Senior Partner and Managing Director at China Orient Summit Capital for five years where he formulated and executed the strategy in the areas of high yield lending, debt restructuring and distressed asset acquisition across China.
Before joining COS, he was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Asset Management for three years in their Asian real estate team.
Prior to this, he was Head of North China investments for Mapletree.
Further back, he was Vice President for JPMorgan Global Special Opportunities Group from 2005 to 2010, and held a number of roles in China and US in construction and engineering from 1998 to 2004.
He holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2005), a Master of Arts (Urban and Regional Planning) from the University of Florida (2002) and a Bachelor of Science (Urban and Resource Science) from Nanjing University (1998).
