Ms. Dow is President and Chief Executive Officer of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia.
She received a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, an MA degree in Counseling from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
