He is a Director of the Pennington School, Jullians Corporation and Davi Skin, Inc. and was a Member and a Director of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, Governor of the American Stock Exchange, Governor and Chairman of the AMEX Commodities Exchange, a Director and a Member of the Executive Committee for the Securities Industry Automation Corp.
and President of the Association of Investment Brokers.
Mr. Smith received a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
