Forrest W. Tippen

Mr. Tippen has a diverse background in corporate real estate finance and commercial real estate investments.
He has spent the last nine years of his career in Denver.
He was co–founder and principal of Evergreen Capital & Development.
Prior to that, he worked for Trammell Crow Co., where he was responsible for principal investments in sale–leaseback transactions on a national basis.
In addition, he was senior vice president of real estate finance for the Boston Market restaurant chain.
He began his career in Dallas, where he worked for Arthur Young & Co., the Swearingen Co., and was a founder and partner at TAG Realty Partners.
