Mr. François Guérault has been a Partner of IPE since he joined the team in 2002.
He has been involved in all the firm’s investments since then.
François sits on the Board of World Freight Company.
He is a member of IPE European Buyout Fund’s investment committee.
Prior to joining the team, Mr. Guérault, a graduate of Paris Dauphine University, established and headed for three years the Paris acquisition finance team of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, for which he arranged several major LBO transactions.
Before that, he was the head of the French acquisition finance team of ABN AMRO from 1990 to 1999 and financed about forty LBOs in senior debt and mezzanine.
Prior to that, he had started up working for French bank CCF where he arranged some of the first LBO financings in France from 1985 onwards.
