Frank Sparrow

Prior to joining LEM Mezzanine, Mr. Sparrow was a Vice President, Financial and Portfolio Manager for Capmark Finance Inc. in their proprietary lending group.
At Capmark, Mr. Sparrow managed a $5.5 billion balance sheet of approximately 500 fixed and floating rate commercial loans, mezzanine and preferred investments, B pieces and CMBS that he priced for the balance sheet, securitizations, CDO's and syndications.
Prior to joining Capmark, Mr. Sparrow was a production analyst with WMF Capital Corp.
and BancOne Mortgage Capital Markets in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Sparrow received his BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
