Mr. Secrest was a Senior Vice President and an owner of National Car Rental System, Inc., General Manager of Tactel, a national telecommunications company, Director of Operations for Holland America Line and has held various executive positions with IBM.
Mr. Secrest is a retired Naval Reserve Captain with twenty-five years of submarine service.
