Graeme Forster

Orbis Investment Management Ltd. (OIM) is a hedge fund manager headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda. The firm was founded in 1989 and a controlling interest in OIM is held by the Allan & Gill Gray Foundation in South Africa. The Foundation does not directly manage the firm, but rather vests control of the firm in Orbis Holdings Ltd., their direct parent and a holding company whose board consists of a majority of present executives and includes non-executive directors. OIM provides asset management services for sophisticated clients. The firm is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their investment process.
