Henry Rome

Mr. Henry Rome is a Deputy Head of Research & Director at Eurasia Group Ltd.
He is focusing on Iran, Israel, and global macro issues.
He advises clients on political, security, and economic developments in Iran and Israel, as well as Middle East geopolitics, energy policy, and economic sanctions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rome worked as a research assistant and associate at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he focused on the Iranian nuclear program and Israeli security policy.
A former journalist, he reported from Israel for The Jerusalem Post, covering Iran, terrorism, and Holocaust restitution.
He earned a master of philosophy degree in international relations and politics with distinction from the University of Cambridge.
He graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in political science and a Certificate in Near Eastern studies (Persian language).
