(DWS HK) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based asset management subsidiary of DWS Group GmbH & Co KGaA, ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), a multi-national financial services company headquartered in Germany. DWS HK provides advisory services which include research reports and analysis conducted for listed securities in certain APAC locations and may also include recommendations on transacting such securities. This service is provided to DWS HK’s affiliated advisers, which in turn provide advisory services to their US clients and non-US clients. The firm also provides discretionary investment advisory and management services with respect to separately managed accounts, as well as private equity funds focused on sustainable investments strategies.

BEA Union Investment Management Ltd. (BEA Union Investment) is an investment management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded as East Asia Asset Management Co. Ltd. in 1988 through a joint venture between The Bank of East Asia of Hong Kong (BEA) (owns 51%) and Union Asset Management Holding AG of Germany (Union Investment) (owns 49%).
